Harvest 2022

The harvest start August 23, 2022, 3 weeks earlier than in 2021 !
This is due in particular to the very hot and dry weather of the last few months.

At the estate, we started by harvesting the Chardonnay which will be used to develop our traditional method, the Mille et Une Etoiles cuvée.
We continued with Pinot Gris, Muscadet and Sauvignon Blanc and finally our unusual grape varieties such as Riesling, Viognier and Sauvignon Gris.
The late harvest of Petit Manseng will officially close the end of this crucial period for all winegrowers.

The 2022 vintage, incredibly early, promises great aromatic richness. We can’t wait to show it to you!
